3) Focus more on putting the right foods in your body

 

You can workout all day, but if you are eating the wrong foods, all of that working out will be in vein. Your diet is of the utmost importance. Make sure you are getting plenty of protein and green vegetables. You can also load up on the good carbs such as yams. 4) Get plenty of rest

 

This is a big one. If you want to build muscle and continue to lose fat, you will have to get plenty of rest. Your muscles only grow if they are properly rested. Make sure you get at least seven hours of sleep a night. This will help you stay healthy and energetic.

 

 

5) Never give up

 

Listen, you might just fall of the wagon a few times before you reach your goals. But don't let that stop you. Just get back up and pick up where you left off. Never give up on trying to lose weight and build muscle. Your muscle building or weight loss goals are not going to be achieved in 1 week, keep after it. The road won't be easy, but if you stick with it, you will reap the rewards. If you follow these simple steps will lose weight and build muscle.
